The Harbour was opened on 2nd May 2000. It is the Community's house of rest, prayer and welcome and a place where people can rest and relax away from the hurly burly of everyday life and, once refreshed, rejoin the busy world again.
The house is situated in a quiet location, five minutes walk from Canterbury West train station and ten minutes walk from the city centre. It has three single rooms, a sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, shower room and prayer room, as well as an enclosed garden at the rear.
Some of our community meetings take place here, including the Pastoral Team, our community faith life group, bible sharing and meditation.
Pricelist (per night, breakfast not included)
Please book at least 24 hours in advance - the Harbour is quite busy so there are not always rooms available.
- - For live-in assistant and core members: free
- - For live-out assistant, family, friends and people from other communities: £5 per night.
- - For all others: £10 per night.
